Return/Refund Policies
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Scope: These policies apply to all electrical and electronic products for industrial use sold through our online store, including but not limited to: control systems, instrumentation, electromechanical components, measuring equipment, protection devices, and industrial automation.
1.2 Specialized Nature: Given the technical and specialized nature of our products, returns are subject to strict conditions that protect both the technical integrity and functionality of the equipment.
2. CONDITIONS FOR VALID RETURNS
2.1 Manufacturing Defects
- Obvious faults not caused by misuse or incorrect installation
- Failure to comply with documented technical specifications
- Transport damage duly reported within 48 hours of receipt
2.2 Supply Error
- Product different from that requested in the purchase order
- Incorrect quantity shipped
- Incorrect model or specification provided by our team
2.3 Non-Compliant Products
- Equipment that does not comply with specified industry standards
- Missing or incorrect certifications previously confirmed
3. SPECIFIC DEADLINES
3.1 Return Notification
- Maximum 7 calendar days from receipt to report visible defects
- Maximum 15 calendar days for functional defects detected during initial testing
- Maximum 48 hours for transport damage
3.2 Physical Return
- Products must be returned within 10 calendar days after the return authorization.
4. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
4.1 Custom Products
- Equipment manufactured to specific customer specifications
- Devices programmed or configured according to specific requirements
- Products with modifications requested by the customer
4.2 Consumable Products
- Normal wear components (contactors, fuses, etc.)
- Consumable materials (cables, basic connectors, etc.)
- Software and digital licenses
4.3 Products Damaged by Use
- Equipment with signs of installation or connection
- Devices damaged by power surges, moisture, or contamination
- Products altered, repaired, or modified by third parties
4.4 Critical Safety Products
- Personal protective equipment that has been unpacked
- Industrial safety equipment once removed from the original packaging
5. AUTHORIZATION PROCESS
5.1 Formal Request All customers must submit:
- Completed refund request form
- Copy of the invoice or proof of purchase
- Detailed description of the problem or reason for return
- Product and packaging photos (where applicable)
5.2 Technical Evaluation
- Technical review by our specialized department
- Verification of installation and proper use
- Confirmation of manufacturing defect or supply error
5.3 Authorization Number (RMA) Only products with a valid RMA number will be processed for return.
6. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS
6.1 Product Status
- Original packaging intact and complete
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation included
- Unaltered labels and warranty seals
6.2 Shipping Responsibility
- Customer assumes return shipping costs unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
- Mandatory transport insurance for high-value products
7. RESTRICTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
7.1 Non-Returnable Products
- Equipment purchased more than 30 days ago without a previous report
- Devices used in environments not recommended by the manufacturer
- Products damaged by faulty electrical installation
7.2 Penalizaciones
- 15% restocking fee on returns due to specification changes
- 20% technical inspection fee on returned products with no proven defect
- Additional charge of 25% for products returned outside their original packaging
8. RESOLUTIONS AND REFUNDS
8.1 Defective Products
- Immediate replacement with equivalent product
- Full refund if stock is unavailable
- Credit for future purchases with an additional 10% bonus
8.2 Supply Errors
- Exchange at no additional cost
- Price difference refund if applicable
8.3 Processing Time
- 5-7 business days to evaluate returned products
- 10-15 business days to process refunds once approved
9. CASES NOT COVERED
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Incompatibility with existing systems not previously consulted
- Changes to project specifications after purchase
- Customer business decisions unrelated to the product
- Lack of technical knowledge for installation
- Changes in regulations after purchase
10. WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES
10.1 Separation of Services
- Return policies are separate from the manufacturer's warranty.
- Specialized technical service available for pre- and post-sales inquiries

- Free technical consultation during the first 48 hours after purchase
- Support for installation and basic configuration included
11. SPECIAL PROCEDURES
11.1 High-Value Products (>$5,000 USD)

11.2 International Returns

12. FINAL PROVISIONS
